Prime cuts

All steaks are served with hand-cut beef dripping chips, roasted vine tomatoes, mixed leaf salad and a sauce of your choice.

A primal cut of beef from the loin, with a lovely layer of fat on top

A classic cut from the rib section known for flavour and marbling
